Practicing mindfulness paves the way to live more focused in the present moment and leads to a richer quality of life. I created this short video to help individuals who are new to mindful practices. Often, new practitioners experience difficulty getting started. In this short video we also talk about ways to come back to breathing if thoughts, pain or others issues arise during practice.
Mindfulness teaches me to notice what’s happening within my body and to accept it in the here and now. Often, what I thought lasted forever generally oblasts but seconds or less when I approach the experiences with gentleness, curiosity, and playfulness. I also love that there is no uniform way to be mindful.
